Dr. Lauren Schutzman, Psy.D.
Testing Psychologist
Dr. Lauren Schutzman earned her doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Dr. Schutzman began her training working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, substance abuse, trauma disorders, and bipolar disorder. Within this capacity, she assessed and treated patients seeking to recover from addiction.
Dr. Schutzman went on to gain further training and specialization in working with children within hospital and school settings. Within these roles, she assessed and treated children, teens, and provided parent training.
She excels in the provision of psychological testing to help individuals find answers about their cognitive, executive function, social emotional and overall psychological functioning. Dr. Schutzman firmly believes in taking a multicultural and therapeutic assessment approach with each patient, so their test results reflect who they are as a ‘whole’ person and help the patient achieve their goals.
Dr. Schutzman also speaks Spanish and completes bilingual psychological evaluations.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with Toy Poodle, and listening to music.
