Fit4Mom and Center for Resiliency present: Coffee & Care with Dr. Carol – Let me Fill Your Cup

Please join Dr. Carol from Center for Resiliency to answer any and all of your psychology-related questions about yourself, your kiddos, and/or your family! Dr. Carol will specifically deliver vital information about how to tell if your child has signs of a mental health diagnosis, such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, and more. She will also briefly go over treatment and evaluation options, and happily answer any of your questions! Dr. Carol will close out with teaching everyone effective skills for reducing our and our kids’ anxiety. Dr. Carol is open to answering any psychology-related questions, so please bring all the ones you have!! 

And, of course, being a mama herself, she knows the value of coffee and a ‘saving grace’ snack for when you’re with your kiddos 🙂 Coffee and treats to be provided!
